FAQ’S

Do I need telephone triage experience?

Telephone triage experience is not required as a full training and mentorship programme will be provided for all nurses.

What qualifications do I need?

Registered as a General Nurse (RGN) with the NMBI.

Caredoc also require triage nurses to have a minimum of 4-5 years post graduate nursing experience. Telephone triage experience is not required as a full training and mentorship programme will be provided for all nurses.

What type of training will be provided?

A full training and mentorship programme will be provided for all nurses.

Where will I work?

Positions are available in Carlow, Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford and Cashel.

What contracts are available?

We offer permanent contracts of 19 hours, 24.5 hours and 30 hours per week.

What are the working hours?

O­­ut-Of-Hours: Evenings, weekends and night duty with shorter shift patterns.

Is there a Caredoc pension scheme?

Yes, and you will be eligible to join the Caredoc pension scheme following your probation period. We have specialist advisors on hand to answer any of your pension queries.

When will I receive my roster?

Caredoc rosters are issued on a 4 monthly basis.

Are there extra shifts available?
